How long does it take to ship out my order?
Most orders received Monday–Friday by 11:00 am CST ship the same day. Same Day Shipping is subject to product availability and holiday restrictions.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Several factors contribute to the cost of shipping: location, shipping method, and weight of the merchandise.

How do I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is submitted, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing, and if the order has not shipped, you have the option to change or cancel the order. Please contact us immediately.

Microplane® produces only the highest quality goods and we want you to be completely satisfied with our product. How does your Free Shipping work?
If available, the free standard shipping promotion applies only to shipping costs on orders over the specified amount of the promotion. Free standard shipping promotion only applies to Standard Shipping option. Promotion excludes Second Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping, for which listed rates apply.
Free standard shipping promotion only applies to delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. The promotion does not apply to shipments sent to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Box addresses. Orders must ship to a single address. Free standard shipping promotion is not valid if items in an order are canceled, bringing the subtotal below the specific amount of the promotion. Promotion will be applied as a credit toward the shipping and handling fee.
Why isn't my promo code working?
Please enter the code exactly as it appears on our site or in the offer you received. If the code is entered correctly but still not working, please verify it is not expired, and the items you are attempting to order are eligible for the specific promotion. If you would like to ship items to multiple locations, you will have to create multiple orders. Shipping rates are applied to each individual order.

How can I track my order?
After your order has shipped, our system generates a shipping confirmation to the e-mail address you have provided. This e-mail will list shipped items, the shipping method used and the tracking number(s). You can use this information to track your order.

What kind of warranty do you offer?
We at Microplane love our customers and want everyone to be thrilled with our products but if you are having problems with our products, we want to hear from you! What is "Colorblind"?
Our "Colorblind" products are discounted products that have slight discoloration to the plastic, may include less popular color handles or may simply be overstock merchandise. These products function just the same as our regular stock as they feature the high-quality, unsurpassed Microplane blade technology.
What are "Factory Seconds"?
Our "Factory Seconds" products may contain factory blemishes such as discoloration to the plastic, misaligned labels, and minor dings and scratches. These products function just the same as our regular stock as they feature the high-quality, unsurpassed Microplane blade technology.
What do I do when my foot file becomes dull?
Although our foot files are designed to last a long time, over time and depending on the frequency of use, the filing surface may become dull. You will have to replace your foot file with a new one. Our economical XL-Pro lineup features replaceable cartridges which can be easily swapped out.
Is there a way to replace the filing surface once it gets dull?
No, the paddle/orb style foot file and the orb buffer were not designed to have replaceable filing surfaces. If the filing surface becomes dull, you will have to purchase a new tool. However, we do offer the XL-Pro Foot Filing/Buffing System which was designed with replaceable cartridges.
How do the Microplae foot files work?
The Microplane Personal Care filing surface uses a variation of the Microplane etched technology which allows you to zest an orange (skimming off the tough zest) and leaving the soft pith. In a similar, yet gentler process on your foot, the dead skin comes right off, leaving you with baby soft feet.

Our Microplane Personal Care tools feature a high quality, long lasting filing surface that exhibits high-performance in the kitchen but is gentle enough to use on your feet.
