If you made a purchase on this website and are not 100% satisfied, we have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If the return is not quality issue related, please submit a Return Authorization Request. If accepted, we will send instructions and an RMA # to the email address provided. Simply return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Make sure to include the Microplane Direct issued RMA# anywhere on the return package.
