Grate cheese like parmesan, mince garlic, or grate spices with this made in USA stainless steel blade. Kitchen prep is easy with a cook tool like this. The handle is non- slip. Pick and choose a color that matches your kitchen design theme.

The Microplane Artisan Series is a contemporary addition to our collection of paddle-shaped graters. The expansive surface area offers ample space to make fast work out of grating your favorite foods. The stainless steel fine blade is ideal for grating all types of citrus peel without lifting off the fruit’s bitter-tasting pith, also good for hard spices – such as nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves. There is no attachment for this grater.

A fine grater offers a precise blade that creates a superfine grate. When used with harder ingredients, a fine grater produces powder-like results that pack an intense flavor. With moister foods, you will see a puree-like texture from your ingredients.

Use a Fine Grater for:

Recipes that need an intense flavor. Spices, citrus fruits, hard cheeses (Asiago, Parmesan, Romano, Manchego), ginger, garlic, cloves, chili, chocolate and nuts

FAQs

Will the Professional (38057) or Home Series (35057) Attachments fit on Artisan Series Graters?

At this time there is not an attachment for Microplane Artisan Series graters.  We recommend using the Cut Resistant Glove.

Use and Care
  • Top-rack dishwasher safe. Hand wash cover.
  • We recommend rinsing your grater in warm water immediately after each use. Remove trapped particles from the non-sharp backside whenever possible. To remove trapped particles on the front, first soak the tool in warm water and then use a cleaning brush and stroke in the same direction as the teeth.
    • Store with blade covered when not in use.
