Looking for another drum for your Microplane Easy Squeeze 2-in-1 Rotary Grater? The Parmesan Rotary Cheese Grater drum features a patent pending star blade design for finely grating hard cheese. The Perfect Tool to easily and safely grate mounds of fluffy fine Parmesan and other hard cheeses for cooking, baking and garnishing at the table. Blades are made in the USA and the entire unit is dishwasher safe for quick and easy clean up. Drum ONLY. Does not fit 39005 style rotary graters.

Care & Cleaning
  • View Assembly/Dissasembly Instructions
  • Dishwasher safe.
  • We recommend rinsing your grater in warm water immediately after each use. Remove particles stuck in the blade from the back side whenever possible. To remove "stuck on food" from the front, first soak the tool in warm water and then use a cleaning brush and stroke in the same direction as the teeth.
  • Store with blade covered when not in use.
