| Care & Cleaning |
- Dishwasher safe.
- We recommend rinsing your grater in warm water immediately after each use. Remove particles stuck in the blade from the back side whenever possible. To remove "stuck on food" from the front, first soak the tool in warm water and then use a cleaning brush and stroke in the same direction as the teeth.
- Store with blade covered when not in use.

I was exposed to this tool in my Viking cooking class. At first I was sceptical, but bought one anyway. WOW! This is a must have for all kitchens. I loved this so much it is going in all Christmas stockings this year.

When we saw the zester/grater at work we were amazed at the ease of use and the convenience of it all. And we bought one. My 75 year old mother, from India, came for a visit and she loved it so much we had to send it back with her! So then I bought the whole range for Christmas!

I have never processed ginger or zested a lime so fast. It's amazing and it's super easy to keep clean. The clear plastic cover is also an awesome design- durable and easy to take off/put on. My only worry is that it'll get dull too soon.

I love my Microplane grater. Because I'm dieting I eat a lot of tuna and the only way I like it is with fresh ginger and balsamic vinegar. Because the grater is so easy to use, and does such a superb job of grating the ginger, I don't mind using it every day, or sometimes twice a day! The grater is a whiz to clean and because of its slim form it's easy to keep in the dish drainer, because I use it so frequently, or store in a drawer.

Somebody gave me one some time ago and it was a while before I used it but when I did, I thought it was remarkable for hard cheese for salads and have used it every time since. It does a beautiful job on the cheese so rapidly and safely. It is also a snap to clean and you can be proud, as I know you are, of your product. It is interesting but those who are not proud of their product, rarely ask for anyone’s opinion about it.
