Microplane Cheese Mill
 
     
 
 
     
  Operation  
 
  1. Remove the Top(Plunger) from Cheese Mill.
  2. Cut pieces of cheese that will easily fit into the Mill.
  3. Place cheese into Mill.
  4. Insert the Top.
  5. While gently applying downward pressure, rotate the top in the clockwise direction to grate cheese.
 
     
  Care and Cleaning  
     
  While the entire Cheese Mill is dishwasher safe, it is recommended to disassemble the parts to effectively clean all components.
 
 
  1. Remove Top from Cheese Mill. Rinse Herb Mill to remove any leftover cheese from the unit.
  2. Hold the Cheese Mill with the blade facing upward. Squeeze the two tabs on the sides of the Body with one hand. With the other hand, turn the Locking Ring counter-clockwise until it is free from the Cheese Mill.
  3. Using extreme caution, remove the Rotating Blade. (Blades are sharp.)
  4. Remove the Insert from the Body. The parts are ready for cleaning.
 
     
  Assembly Process:  
     
 

Put plunger into Body and install Stationary Blade first. The text “Face In” should face up into the Body. Then install the Rotating Blade in the same manner. Twist the Locking Ring back onto the Body until you hear 3 clicks.
