Looking for another drum for your Microplane Easy Squeeze Parmesan Grater? The 2–in–1 Rotary Cheese Grater from Microplane® has a single barrel that is uniquely designed to grate both coarse and fine. It features a razor-sharp blade to make fast work out of coarsely or finely grating soft and hard cheeses, nuts, chocolates, and other ingredients. To change the grating results, cooks simply need to turn the blade around and reinsert in the barrel of the unit. The ergonomically designed handle and convenient soft touch thumb rest provide maximum stability and comfort. Perfect for everyone, the 2-In-1 Rotary Cheese Grater is designed to work easily for both right and left-handed users. Blades are made in the USA and the entire unit is dishwasher safe for quick and easy clean up. One drum included.

  • View Assembly/Dissassembly Instructions.
  • We recommend rinsing your grater in warm water immediately after each use. Remove trapped particles from the non-sharp side whenever possible. To remove trapped particles on the front, first soak the tool in warm water and then use a cleaning brush to stroke in the same direction as the teeth.
  • Store with blade covered when not in use.

Are the Microplane 2-in-1 Rotary and Parmesan Rotary Drums Interchangeable?

Yes, if you already own one of them, you can purchase the parmesan rotary drum on our website for use in the same rotary housing.
