Named for the shape of its dual edged teeth, the Medium Ribbon Grater grates thin strips in two directions. Pair it with the Grater Attachment for grating fresh cheese over omelettes or nuts onto muffin batter. • We recommend rinsing your grater in warm water immediately after each use. Remove trapped particles from the non-sharp side whenever possible. To remove trapped particles on the front, first soak the tool in warm water and then use a cleaning brush to stroke in the same direction as the teeth.


• Store with blade covered when not in use.

Can I choose the color of the handle?

Not at this time. Most likely you will get either a red or blue handle.

What else is wrong with this grater?

There may be slight variations in the plastic frame or handle but the blade is in factory-first condition. The tool is functionally new.
