robust flavors to recipes. Or pair it with the Grater Attachment for grating several nutmegs or other pebble-sized spices at once. All Microplane® 45000 Gourmet Series graters are dishwasher-safe, featuring all stainless steel frame and blade construction, non-slip rubber feet, and charcoal black, ergonomic, soft touch handles for a more comfortable, sure grip. | Care & Cleaning |
- Grater is dishwasher safe. Please hand wash cover.
- We recommend rinsing your grater in warm water immediately after each use. Remove trapped particles from the non-sharp side whenever possible. To remove trapped particles on the front, first soak the tool in warm water and then use a cleaning brush to stroke in the same direction as the teeth.
- Store with blade covered when not in use.
